Laura’s Blog Entry

Today we can all heave a sigh of relief. I finally got some holiday baking done. A nice batch of shortbread has been baked and shaken around in cinnamon sugar. Yum!

One of the best tools I can think of for holiday baking is the off-set spatula.

Wonderful for icing cakes, it is also the best thing I know for prying up rolled out dough that is stuck to the counter top. Hard to tell in this photo, but it is only about an inch wide and five inches long. Just a small guy, but ever so helpful.
