Pita Pizza

In addition to using tortillas as pizza crust, I’ve also found that pita bread make a nice base. Today I brushed it with olive oil, added a bit of crushed garlic, and mounded on mozzarella cheese. That was going to be it but then I remembered some veggies in the fridge. On went some chopped fresh spinach, mushrooms and a sliced Roma tomato.

Baked at 400 degrees for around 10-12 minutes  – until the cheese melted.

Yummy, yum.

    Thanks, Pelicanito and Kevin. Nope, same old pitiful camera. Guess I just got lucky with perfect lighting or something!
