SOP022 – Trick or Treat Me Like a Dog, Get Me Down on My Knees

September 30, 2008

Download this episode

Show Notes
We get our ghost on this October and live to tell about our trip to the local cemetery. Neil enlightens us on the history of Halloween, we hear about a decidedly British Depeche Mode encounter, Laura has a punk moment and Battlestar Galactica goes Mormon. All this and a ten-year-old learning the guitar? How do we do it?

With ghostly tunes by Shiny Toy Guns, Ladytron, and The Frail.

CURSES! CURSES! I cry foul! He led me on!
I loved Donnie Darko, I will pretty much watch ANYTHING Mr. Gyllenhall is in. Except Brokeback Mountain. I rather disliked that movie.
Anyhoo thanks for another great and entertaining podcast.
    Happy Halloween (i.e. Gay Christmas)!

Thanks, Dearie! So sorry if you got the wrong idea for a second. That Neil is so evil. Merry Gay Christmas to you!

Nessa, I love that album, too! “Destroy Everything You Touch” is probably my favorite Ladytron song.
