One room that got a redo recently is our home office. It went from a very dated 1990 emerald green to a fresh neutral taupe.
I am a connoisseur of taupe paint chips. You see, most taupes are too pink. Or too yellow. You’ve got to get one with a touch of green to neutralize all that icky flesh-tone action. Yuck. This taupe is positively perfect. It is #513-4 “Whiskers” from Porter Paints. I could easily paint every single room this color and live happily ever after.
